What you're buying, in plain terms.

• Setup is free, and a new account starts with 50 credits.
• Every action that costs credits shows its price on the button before you press it.
• Credits never expire.
• Credits are not refundable to cash.
• Nothing renews. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.

If a generation fails, the credits are returned automatically — you are charged for work delivered, not work attempted.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include 18% GST. The price you see is the total you pay; nothing is added at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

We may change pack prices. A change never affects credits you have already bought — one credit stays one credit, whatever it cost you.

What you make is yours. Scripts, captions, hashtags and ideas generated for you are yours to publish, edit and use commercially. We claim no ownership.

We analyse public Instagram content — yours and, when you ask for it, competitors'. You are responsible for what you publish, including making sure it doesn't infringe someone else's rights.

AI writes the scripts. It can be wrong, repetitive or badly judged, and we do not promise any particular result — not views, not growth, not revenue. Read what it produces before you post it.

We depend on Instagram and on third-party AI providers. If they change or break, parts of the product can degrade or stop working.

Don't use TrendClub to harass anyone, impersonate anyone, or generate content that breaks Instagram's rules or Indian law. Don't try to resell access or scrape the product itself.

We can suspend an account that does. A suspended account keeps its credits — suspension stops the work, it does not take your balance.

This section applies only to Studio workspaces — agency accounts we set up by hand, by invitation. If you signed up for TrendClub yourself and manage your own account, none of it applies to you and everything above is your whole agreement.

• A Studio workspace costs a platform fee of ₹500 a month, GST included.
• New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial. We take no card to start it.
• Every month includes 50 credits, trial months included. Like all credits, they never expire.
• Beyond those, a workspace tops up any amount from ₹499 upwards, at the published rate: 35 credits per ₹100, 40 from ₹2,000, 45 from ₹5,000.

The fee does not renew either. Each month is a separate payment you choose to make — a fresh authorisation every time, with no mandate, no auto-debit and no standing instruction on your card or UPI. Nothing on this account can charge you without you starting the payment.

If a month goes unpaid, the workspace keeps everything it holds — its credits, its client list and its spend history, all still visible — and pauses the actions that spend our side: adding a client, opening a client's account, and free onboarding retries. Paying the fee switches them back on.

An agency is responsible for having its clients' permission to work on their behalf, including to analyse their Instagram content. We contract with the agency, not with the creators it manages.
