What we store, and what we don't.

Your account identity lives with Clerk, not with us. Email, name and password are held by our authentication provider. Our database stores only the link to that account, plus your creator profile.

In our own database:

• Your Instagram handle and display name — your public identity.
• A phone number, only if you choose to give one. This is the most sensitive field we hold.
• Captions, transcripts and engagement metrics from your public reels.
• A derived profile of your voice, niche and audience, built from the above.

We read public reels only. We never ask for your Instagram password and cannot post on your behalf.

• Encrypted at rest — the database has storage encryption enabled, so every field above is encrypted on disk.
• Encrypted in transit — TLS is required for every non-local database connection.
• Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.

We do not apply field-level encryption on top of disk encryption today. If we begin holding payment identifiers or government IDs, that changes.

Deleting your account deletes your data. When you delete your account with our authentication provider, that fires a webhook to us and your creator record is removed — along with your posts, derived profile, ideas, scripts, competitor analyses and usage history, by database cascade.

This is irreversible. We keep an append-only support record that a deletion happened, so the action itself is auditable, but the creator data is gone.

You can also write to us and we will do it for you.

Running the product means sending some data to services that do specific jobs: hosting and infrastructure, authentication, payment processing, Instagram data collection, speech-to-text for reel audio, and the AI models that generate your scripts and ideas.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
